Job Title: Analyst Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst Programmer to join our team at Central Scotland Valuation Joint Board. As an Analyst Programmer, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our IT systems to support our essential public services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications to meet business needs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in an IT-related discipline or relevant professional qualification
  • Strong technical background in application development and database management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
