We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective governance and management of our projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate data and reports to maintain program and project governance standards.
- Handle processes for applying governance to project change orders and project lifecycle, including resource allocation and invoicing.
- Contribute to maintaining and promoting best practices for Project and Program Office Management.
- Provide Quality Assurance checking of project data, reports, and trend analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the program to deliver projects effectively.
- Knowledge of Project Office industry best practice and methodology.
- Knowledge of Project & Programme Management industry best practice and methodology.
- Currently working towards or an interest in Project Management qualifications, e.g., Prince2, APMP, and ISEB.
- Experience working within a Financial Services organization.
