Job Title: Adult Clinical Lead

Location: Nursing Home, Brighton, BN2 8SL

Position: Full Time (36 hours per week)

Salary: £37 per hour

Annual Leave: 5 weeks

Clinical Leadership: As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations.

Care Planning: You will collaborate with the Home Manager and care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.

Team Coordination: You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to enhance team performance.

Resident Care: You will provide direct nursing care as needed, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met effectively.

Communication: You will maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote holistic care.

Training & Development: You will identify training needs within the team and facilitate opportunities for continuous professional development.

Qualifications: You will require a Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.

This role predominantly involves day shifts, with the requirement to cover nights as needed for staff absences. You should be adaptable and committed to providing exceptional care to residents, maintaining a high standard of nursing practice.
