Main Purpose of the Role:

As a Sales Coordinator at CAPS CASES, you will be based at our Head Office site in Newmarket, Suffolk, working within our internal sales/customer services team. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with customers regarding their requirements and prepare specifications on our computer system.

Key Relationships:

a) You will be responsible to the Customer Services Manager and will liaise with customers, the Production Team, Design Team, and Suppliers.

Main Tasks of the Role:

  • To respond efficiently to online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • To prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for customers.
  • To prioritize and set up all customer order requirements.
  • To apply excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer's needs, cost, and time restraints.
  • To investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist the sales team employees in resolution.
  • To provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.
