Audio Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Audio Account Director to join our National Advertisement team at Bauer Media Group Heinrich Bauer Verlag KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading media sales efforts in the audio space.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Focus on guiding key media agency partners to invest in our market-leading audio brands and audiences, with a primary goal of driving revenue through creative solutions, proactive pitching, and effective airtime trading.
- Lead Media Sales Efforts: Collaborate closely with Client Leads and Creative Strategists to effectively implement Customer Strategies and the Adventure Process, ensuring fast, efficient, and accurate day-to-day service with attention to detail.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with AV investment and partnership teams at Account Director level and above, promoting Bauer's audio brands through presentations, education sessions, and other engagement activities.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate new audio innovations and creative opportunities effectively to OMD personnel and Publicis partnership teams, responding to and prioritizing incoming creative partnership and S&P briefs.
- Assist with Reporting: Assist with reporting, ensuring S&P contracts are administered accurately, keeping Customer Strategies updated, and liaising with the Head of Digital for forecasts and CRM management.
- Extensive Experience: Proven experience with tier 1 media agencies, ideally in audio, with a strong network of relationships with AV and partnership teams, preferably within Publicis.
- Proven Sales Skills: Proven consultative sales skills with a track record in selling media channels, trading airtime, and closing significant creative partnership deals.
- Business Acumen: Firm understanding of rival media channels and Bauer Media's radio and digital audio brands, with advanced skills in CRM, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
