Position Overview
As a Sales Executive (Customer Advisor), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' purchasing experience.

Compensation and Benefits
You will receive a competitive base salary of £25,000 per annum, with an achievable on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Work Schedule
At Perrys, we are dedicated to promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our sales executives work five days a week, on a rotating schedule that allows for one weekend off every three weeks, averaging 41 hours weekly. Importantly, we do not operate on Sundays, ensuring you have quality time with loved ones.

Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their purchasing journey. It is essential to embody our People First values, ensuring exceptional service is delivered consistently. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • Facilitating test drives and discussing financing options
  • Prospecting for new customers

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service or sales background. Experience in automotive sales is not a prerequisite, as we provide a comprehensive sales development programme to equip you with the necessary skills. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service
  • A commitment to treating customers fairly and with respect
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • A willingness to work on Saturdays
