About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Estates Project Manager to oversee our capital investment plan and strategic maintenance across our schools in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with Heads, School Business Managers, and Facilities Managers to identify estates priorities and oversee capital investment plans and major maintenance programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee capital investment plans and strategic maintenance across our schools in London
- Liaise with Heads, School Business Managers, and Facilities Managers to identify estates priorities
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with DfE requirements
- Manage multiple estates projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Professional built environment background (consultancy or client side)
- Track record in managing multiple estates projects in line with DfE requirements
- Previous experience of working with education clients is highly desirable
- Chartered or on the Chartership pathway (RICS, CHPP, or RIBA or equivalent)
