* Resolving complex queries and supporting decision-making
* Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data accuracy

The ideal candidate will have advanced theoretical and applied knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and procedural best practices. They will also have experience in applying ACAS guidance to varied HR scenarios and an in-depth understanding of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive data in accordance with GDPR and relevant employment regulations.
