Car Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, maximizing car sales and profits, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase car sales, and maximize profits.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to maximize their potential and create a strong and focused sales team.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Sales Process: Ensure the sales process is followed at all times to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Manufacturer Liaison: Liaise with the manufacturer to achieve their volume, CSI, and other aspirations.
Requirements:
  1. Leadership Skills: Provide direction and motivation to others, with a passion for success and achieving objectives.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills at all levels, assertive, professional, and dynamic.
  3. Management Skills: Well-developed management and leadership skills, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximize team and individual performance.
  4. Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately.
  5. Driving License: Full and valid UK driving license required.
