Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Farnborough

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, 8am-6pm, 9am-6pm (rotating shift)

Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum

Role Overview and Purpose:

This is a site supervisor position responsible for efficiently managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-profile customer's office facilities in Farnborough. The successful candidate will ensure consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Helpdesk and Management Teams to provide excellent service delivery to the customer, reporting to the ABM Account Manager and/or Contract Manager.
  • Ensure 100% completion rate of PPMs, including statutory and non-statutory tasks.
  • Book third-party specialists when required and obtain, review, and save relevant paperwork.
  • Have a good understanding of Health and Safety (H&S) and ensure it is a priority at the site.
  • Manage two direct reports to deliver the contract to a valued ABM customer.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota for this contract.
  • Undertake routine, reactive, and additional works as required.
  • Compile monthly reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • City & Guilds technical qualifications in Electrical and relevant Building Service-related fields.
  • Previous supervisory experience in managing engineers and specialists.
  • Experience with using CAFM systems.
  • Good communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Intermediate-level IT skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent understanding of M&E Building Services.
  • Ability to keep site logbooks up to date.
  • Experience in dealing with routine M&E and emergency building services activities.

Desirable:

  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification.
  • Authorized Person qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Confined Spaces, Working at Height, LOTO, L8 Water Hygiene, and Electrical and Multi-Skilled.
