About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and resort facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out routine maintenance tasks, including PPM checks, to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- To identify and report any maintenance issues or defects, and to implement corrective actions to resolve them.
- To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and to report on progress to management.
- To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to promote a safe working environment.
- To carry out other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in maintenance and facilities management, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid driving license.
