In response to a surge in upcoming projects, we are currently seeking a dedicated Field-Based Electrical Engineer to become a vital part of this innovative and successful organization.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Field-Based Electrical Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic role where each day presents new challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and addressing reactive repairs in accordance with established schedules.
  • Conducting electrical installation tasks as necessary across various locations.
  • Formulating operational strategies and implementation processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness of essential services related to telecommunications sites.
  • Managing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) tasks, general maintenance, and additional soft services.
  • Adhering to high standards of health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Completing all documentation accurately for each task undertaken.
  • Assisting with general building maintenance responsibilities.
  • Participating in the on-call rota and collaborating closely with fellow mobile engineers.

Qualifications:

To excel in this Field-Based Electrical Engineer position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role within a commercial setting.
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship and/or possession of City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in commercial environments.
