We are seeking a seasoned clinical supply chain professional to join our team at Corbus Pharmaceuticals. As an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in overseeing contract manufacturing, packaging, and labeling operations, as well as clinical supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Oversight: Responsible for the labelling, packaging, and distribution of Corbus clinical supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet manufacturing, testing, and clinical trial objectives.
- Inventory Management: Oversight of inventory at warehouses and distribution facilities, ensuring accurate tracking and management of clinical supplies.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with CMC and Clinical Operations to develop material lot use strategies, creation and maintenance of demand forecasts at a study, country, and site level.
- Vendor Qualification: Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure and maintain vendor qualification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Importation and Customs: Manage importation and customs processes for clinical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Comparator and Auxiliary Supplies: Work with partners to manage comparators and auxiliary supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Regulatory Affairs: Collaborate with Global Regulatory Affairs, QPs, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely release of supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- IRT CMC Management: Manage IRT CMC processes, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking and management of clinical supplies.
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a related supply chain role at a biotech or pharmaceutical company, with experience managing investigational supplies for blinded and open-label studies.
- Skills: Proficiency with IWRS/IVRS, APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification preferred, experience managing schedules and priorities, and proficiency in use of MS Excel, Project, and other applications.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
