We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team at RTL Group Ltd, a leading civil engineering main contractor. The successful candidate will work on a highways scheme in Colchester, overseeing site supervision and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  3. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working on heavy civils projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  2. CSCS card and a valid UK driving licence.
  3. Highways passport and safety critical medical certification (desirable).
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
