Job Summary

We're seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service, achieving quality excellence, and promoting the wellbeing of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable individuals to lead fulfilling lives and maximise their independence.
  • Prioritise the wellbeing of the team and provide them with the necessary tools and opportunities to excel.
  • Ensure the service is run efficiently and responsibly, balancing budget achievement with quality excellence.
  • Effectively manage financial performance and ensure financial resources are appropriately managed and controlled.
  • Promote quality assurance and work towards legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations.
  • Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information and maximise quality and compliance.
  • Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex behaviours.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Confidence, flexibility, and efficiency, with the ability to work on a shift basis and be on call when required.
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, with support and training towards Level 4 and 5 available.
