Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our factory, effectively converting customer demand into production plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Order and Forecast Analysis: Receive and analyze customer orders and forecasts for existing and new products, taking into account business constraints and production capacity.
  • Production Planning: Create realistic and fluid production plans, considering factors such as lead times, inventory levels, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure clear communication and effective execution of production plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure On Time In Full (OTIF) results to ensure agreed-upon objectives are met, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to stakeholders, providing insights into production performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Good standard of education, with a strong foundation in mathematics and English.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ERP software (Sage X3 preferred), with experience in working with MRP systems.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record of working in a fast-paced FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain principles, including lead times, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
