Stock Optimisation

At Liberty, we're looking for a skilled Product Line Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our stock levels are optimised across all channels.

  • Work closely with our Stock Optimisation Team to identify opportunities to improve stock levels and ensure that our inventory is accurately managed.
  • Collaborate with our logistics teams to ensure that stock arrives in the right place at the right time, maximising availability and minimising waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve stock efficiency and reduce stockouts.

Product Creation and Order Management

  • Work closely with our Category Brand Managers and logistics teams to ensure that product orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and manage open orders from creation to delivery and putaway, ensuring that all products are accurately received and stored.
  • Collaborate with our Operations, Retail, Digital, and Logistics teams to execute returns, price changes, and stock transfers.

Sales and Promotions

  • Compile and load line-level detail for promotion and sale events onto our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Communicate promotion and sale details to relevant functions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Track and analyse sales and promotion performance against targets, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Data and Tools

  • Develop a deep understanding of our systems and reporting tools, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Communicate key metrics and insights to the business, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Support our Assistant Merchandisers with data analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Previous industry experience in a fast-paced retailer, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
