Position Highlights:

  • Competitive Salary: £38,000 per annum
  • Work Schedule: Day Shifts available from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and apparatus.
  • Identify and rectify electrical faults swiftly to reduce operational downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations in all electrical tasks.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports post-maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow maintenance personnel to guarantee seamless facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a commercial environment.
  • Possession of NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds or equivalent certification.
