**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at a private hospital in Poole. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for delivering safe and quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care
* Provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership
* Ensure that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy
* Contribute to quality improvement
* Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly

**Requirements:**

* Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
* Approved/recognized anaesthetic course
* Orthopaedic skill
* Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment
