Fire Protection and Security Systems Engineer
Alarm Communications Limited is a prominent provider of fire safety, security solutions, and building management systems, with our headquarters situated in Surrey. We cater to a distinguished clientele that includes notable buildings and landmarks, such as luxury hotels, sports venues, and educational institutions in the Greater London area. We are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated Fire Protection and Security Systems Engineer to serve the London region.
Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure all tasks are executed to the highest standards and fulfill client expectations.
- Respond swiftly to service requests and address issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members on larger scale projects.
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
- Relevant qualifications in fire safety and security systems or similar disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possession of a Full, Manual UK Driving License.
