We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional/Care Assistant. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide person-centered care to our clients in the Salisbury area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
- Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
- Provide support with daily routines and activities
