Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meetings and Events Team Leader to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify event details with customers, ensuring accurate information is shared with relevant departments.
  • Monitor setup teams to guarantee high-quality event execution and room setup.
  • Meet and greet company organizers, providing a warm welcome to the hotel.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly, resolving them with minimal inconvenience.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels, including shift handovers.
  • Train and coach staff to maximize performance and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a meeting and events role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
