About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting our pricing strategy and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies, leveraging data analysis and modeling to inform commercial decisions.
  • Enhance data quality and develop pricing reports and models to support pricing and promotions investment decisions.
  • Support the Senior Pricing Manager in monitoring the implementation of pricing and channel strategy guidance through ad-hoc reporting and other initiatives.
  • Drive simplification, system optimization, and continuous improvement in pricing management processes and practices.
  • Apply data analytics tools to identify trends, segment performance, and support commercial organizations make data-driven pricing recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with COGNOS and Tableau.
  • Experience with tools such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, or similar, and data visualization software desirable.
  • English - Fluent.
  • Ability to present sophisticated analysis in a clear and concise format.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, pressurized, changing environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Business Analytics or a related field is required.
  • Experience in Pricing or Marketing would be an advantage.
