We are seeking a committed professional to become a part of our Restaurant Onboarding Team as a Restaurant Onboarding Coordinator. In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting new restaurant partners as they integrate with Deliveroo's EU small and medium enterprises division. Your duties will encompass guiding restaurants through the onboarding journey, responding to their inquiries, and providing outstanding service to facilitate a seamless transition onto our platform.

As a vital member of our onboarding team, you will work closely with sales and account management departments to serve as the primary liaison for our new partners. It is essential to be proactive in achieving demanding performance goals while maintaining high standards of customer service. Strong organizational abilities are necessary as you manage daily call schedules to meet targets within a fast-paced team setting.

To thrive in this role, you should be proficient in both French and English, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate familiarity with IT systems.
