Overview

Screwfix is a leading retailer in the UK, known for its rapid growth and commitment to customer satisfaction. We're seeking a talented individual to join our Range, Space and Formats team as a Range Performance Analyst.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve range performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the range and category teams to understand performance of SKUs and suggest optimisation opportunities.
  • Maintain sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs.
  • Support the range team in conducting deep-dive analysis to understand drivers of sales performance and identify areas for optimisation by store format, fulfilment channel, and category.
  • Prepare and present data/insights to the Format and Space Planning Manager and Senior Range Manager to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with finance and commercial teams to understand trends and performance.
  • Regularly update line manager on progress and key issues.
  • Attend internal meetings to provide support to optimisation and commercial performance.
  • Identify improvements in modelling and recommend process changes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyse complex data.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling feedback.
  • Proactive approach, willingness, and ability to identify new insights, tools, and process efficiencies.
