Medical Field Service Engineer - Laboratory Diagnostics

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting (UK) Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical laboratory diagnostics systems at various hospital sites throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of medical laboratory diagnostics systems
  • Support haematology, clinical chemistry, and laboratory automation systems
  • Work with a range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and testing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a background in electronic or electro-mechanical service engineering, gained within a high-value capital equipment environment. A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject is desirable.
