Whisky Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Visitor Centre Assistant at Suntory Global Spirits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class premium brand experience to our visitors.

• Learn and communicate the history and heritage of our distillery to visitors.
• Lead all distillery tours and on/offsite tastings, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Work across various areas of the visitor centre, including hosting groups, retail shop, and tasting bar.
• Host tours of the distillery, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing premises, stock takes, and daily banking.
• Perform administrative duties, including responding to customer inquiries and processing sales orders.
• Collaborate with the Visitor Centre Manager to define annual goals and objectives.
• Work with the distillery operations team to ensure operational procedures and H&S practices are adhered to.
• Maintain the visitor centre facilities to a high standard of cleanliness.

• Experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and company values.
• Current driving license.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is desirable.
