The primary objective of this position is to oversee the installation, commissioning, servicing, repair, breakdown, and maintenance of a diverse range of medical equipment across various healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both proprietary and third-party medical devices.
  • Deliver user training to clients as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding any issues encountered during service visits.

To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate experience in a field service or technical support capacity, particularly within a capital equipment context.

A minimum qualification of HNC level or higher in electrical installation, engineering, maintenance, or a related technical field is required. Candidates with an electrical testing and inspection background are also encouraged to apply.
