Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and proficient Grounds Maintenance Operative to contribute to our operations at Go To Outsourcing. The primary duty involves the upkeep of outdoor environments including gardens, parks, and communal areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing lawn care, including mowing and trimming of hedges
  • Managing flower bed upkeep and planting of new flora
  • Ensuring pathways and public areas are clean and well-kept
  • Utilizing and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
  • Applying necessary fertilizers and pesticides
  • Monitoring outdoor spaces for maintenance issues and reporting them
  • Supporting landscaping initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
