Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SOC Manager to join our team at Ada Meher. As a SOC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 24/7 Security Operations Center, which provides high-level cyber security services and capabilities to protect our critical assets and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Oversee SOC Operations: Ensure the highest standards of security incident detection, response, and mitigation.
- Lead Incident Response: Effectively respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely resolution while minimizing impact.
- Technical Expertise: Use deep technical knowledge to manage and optimize SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewall management, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Mentor and Train Team Members: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among security analysts and engineers.
- Communicate Complex Security Issues: Effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SOC management.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing Security Operations Centers.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SOC workflows, including incident detection, response, and mitigation strategies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Mentorship Experience: History of mentoring and developing security professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex security concepts to a range of stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Experience in development and scripting, system administration, security automation, network/cloud security, or as a security researcher.
