Job Title: Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Holiday Inn Kensington High Street. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide facial electrotherapy treatments and other spa services to guests
  • Ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the spa
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Work closely with the Spa Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Hold a VTCT Level 3 Facial Electrotherapy Certificate or equivalent
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel and spa, displaying a great sense of style and integrity
  • Convey a sense of knowledge and assurance to guests
  • Possess demonstrable knowledge of relevant trends in the health and beauty industry
