Senior National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our Consumers Products Division, you will play a crucial role in driving retail sell-out, growing market share, and managing your P&L for our portfolio of brands in-store.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sell-out and market share growth
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at multiple retailers across all categories
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute commercial and brand plans
- Present new business opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop retailer-centric strategies and build plans for mutual growth
- Sell brand and product propositions and negotiate commercial plans
- Influence future initiatives and collaborations to maximize brand opportunities
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior National Account Manager who possesses strong communication and influencing skills. You should have a proven track record of managing complexity in a fast-paced sales environment and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
