Position: Prudential Risk Analyst
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000pa
Role Overview:
The Prudential Risk Analyst will report directly to the Head of Financial Risk, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization maintains a comprehensive Financial Risk governance framework, along with the necessary policies, procedures, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the measurement, monitoring, and reporting of various risks including interest rate, market, credit, liquidity, and climate risk.
- Assist in the prudential exercises such as ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery Planning.
- Contribute to Capital and Liquidity Stress Testing initiatives.
- Support the Head of Financial Risk in upholding and integrating the Model Risk Management framework, which includes maintaining a model inventory and conducting model validation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Prudential Risk, with a focus on Capital Risk or Liquidity Risk preferred.
- Relevant experience within the banking sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
