About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Evri. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our SME Account volumes by developing existing customers and onboarding new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Evri Business Accounts to maximize our share of their shipped volume and ensure all accounts achieve or exceed budget and cross sales targets.
  • Compile accurate reports for SME Team Manager, detailing budgets, expected volume, rates, and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct client visits and phone calls to build and maintain relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships to drive compliance and improve sales.
  • Manage customer retention targets and ensure delivery of those targets by maintaining an excellent relationship with the SME Account Holder.
  • Prepare and maintain records within the CRM system for each customer.
  • Work closely with operations and customer services to ensure that Clients receive the service they require.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within an account management role or similar.
  • High level of competence in use of Microsoft Office and Oracle Right Now Service Cloud.
  • Some customer database management experience.
  • B2C home shopping/e-commerce industry knowledge and experience is ideal.
  • Capability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Outgoing personality with confidence to make sales presentations and challenge assumptions.
