Compliance Engineer Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Compliance Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring process and product compliance, managing engineering associated documented procedures, and controlling revisions, obsolescence, and superseding of all drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized knowledge centre for all products and engineered parts, ensuring clarity of current standards and latest revisions.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team and Group product compliance manager to deliver ATEX Certified products and associated documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to reduce parts cost and enhance business efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies business.
  • Understanding of Machinery compliance (ATEX, EMC, LVD, CE) or equivalent.
  • Highly organized and methodical approach, with ability to multitask and manage multiple improvement projects.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
