Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our repairs and maintenance division, overseeing schemes across Merseyside and Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the division with an operational and commercial mindset, ensuring the team is aware of contract obligations and how they can influence profitability.
  • Ensure all projects are set up with company governance maximized, production control in place, and productivity regularly monitored.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure each contract runs in accordance with the brief and their high expectations.
  • Attend client progress meetings, providing feedback, progress, and KPI data as requested.
  • Procure work by maintaining and developing contacts in the industry, with direct involvement in strategic planning.
