About the Company:
Our client is a prominent manufacturer in their sector, currently seeking an Export Coordinator to manage the shipment of orders utilizing various freight services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient processing of export orders
  • Request shipping quotes from freight service providers
  • Generate Certificates of Origin, EUR1, and ATA Carnets using the EZ-Cert system
  • Prepare documentation in accordance with Irrevocable Letters of Credit

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in export or shipping roles
  • Familiarity with export documentation and regulations
  • Experience with SAP Business 1 is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
