Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms. This individual should be adept at overseeing content creation, distribution, and optimization, while ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and drives measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust content strategy that supports the company's business objectives, increases brand awareness, and appeals to various audience segments.
  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Create and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, email newsletters, and whitepapers. Ensure content is repurposed effectively across platforms to maximize impact.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.
  • Content Distribution & Promotion: Manage the distribution and promotion of content across multiple channels (social media, email, website) to optimize reach and engagement.
  • SEO & Keyword Strategy: Implement SEO and keyword strategies to ensure content ranks well in search engines and drives organic traffic to the website.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Audience Segmentation & Persona Development: Develop audience personas and segmentation strategies to ensure content is targeted and relevant to specific demographics and customer journeys.
  • Content Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure content supports broader business objectives and campaigns.
  • Content Governance & Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and company guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Content Repurposing & Optimization: Regularly review existing content to optimize and repurpose it for maximum impact across different platforms and formats.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Influence: Contribute to the company's position as a thought leader by producing high-quality, authoritative content that reflects industry trends and provides value to our audience.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role, with the ability to create and execute multi-platform content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, keyword strategies, and content distribution channels.
  • Experience in developing content calendars and managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in content performance analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Familiarity with content governance and compliance processes.
  • Experience in the property investment or education sector is a plus.
