We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join our team in a food production environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing animal food products safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain machinery, including mills, extruders, dryers, and coaters, to produce high-quality animal food products.
  • Conduct regular technical checks and record results to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Process and handle raw materials, including loading and unloading bulk ingredients, and capturing and segregating waste for rework.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and under the direction of the Shift Manager to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
