Job Summary

Zoetis is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Team Leader in managing production schedules and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the delegation of tasks and duties to other technicians in the production area.
  • Participate in special projects, such as process improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Assist with the interviewing process of new applicants and contribute to performance appraisals.
  • Train and sign off new technicians on company procedures and policies.
  • Track and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Collaborate with inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels and control.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Working knowledge of industrial biology, industrial microbiology, or industrial chemistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead special projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
