Job Title: SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'Good' Ofsted rated school in Trowbridge.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teaching assistant or learning support assistant looking to progress their career and increase their pay. As a HLTA, you will work collaboratively with class teachers and other learning support staff to deliver pre-planned lessons to groups of SEN students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to groups of SEN students
  • Collaborate with class teachers and other learning support staff
  • Support the development of SEN students
Requirements

We are looking for a caring and patient individual who is able to demonstrate a strong level of resilience and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN students and be able to work effectively in a team.
