About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
