About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a leading recruitment consultancy, we specialize in placing top talent in various industries, including retail and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional 1-2-1 service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Engage with customers from initial enquiry to delivery, offering guidance and advice on the latest products and designs.
- Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers, bringing their vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
- Offer a consultative service, providing technical information and support as required.
- Visit customers in their homes for consultations and measurements, ensuring accurate designs and installations.
- Achieve sales and service targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and design, preferably in a consultative retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Strong product knowledge and design skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in the industry is necessary.
