Priory Group - Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory SL in South Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our tenants, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our tenants, including manual handling, mealtime management, medication administration, and money handling. You will also support tenants with a range of indoor activities, such as pamper sessions, sensory sessions, and arts and crafts.

You will work closely with our health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each tenant receives the support they need to achieve their goals.
