Purpose of the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to execute maintenance and installation tasks for fire safety equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and maintain portable fire safety equipment for various accounts.
  • Adhere to current regulations and client specifications.
  • Plan and conduct service visits within designated areas to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Foster professional relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage area planning effectively to maximize travel efficiency and meet performance indicators.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding the status of systems and equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Oversee the management and security of vehicle stock, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct site assessments for new and additional equipment installations.
  • Maintain safe working practices in accordance with health and safety protocols.
  • Support management with any reasonable requests.

The individual in this role will prioritize health, safety, and welfare in line with company policies. They will also uphold security best practices, particularly concerning sensitive client information. Understanding regulatory compliance and fair trading rules is essential, and the individual will be authorized to access customer information strictly for operational purposes.

Essential Qualifications:
  • BAFE SP101 certification as a fire safety technician.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel for work and training as necessary.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
