Salary Range: NLC4 £23,000 - £25,000

Located at Wishaw Sports Centre, your primary responsibility will be to assist our patrons in a bustling environment, ensuring they have a pleasant experience. You will handle various reception tasks, including cash management, venue reservations, and responding to customer inquiries, while also promoting and engaging in all membership and sales initiatives.

Essential qualifications include moderate experience in a customer-focused service sector, along with outstanding communication and customer care abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and a courteous and helpful demeanor is crucial. A qualification in reception or administration is advantageous.

Work Schedule: Weekend Only

Hours: Saturday 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM - Sunday 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM
