About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, working closely with our team of pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels, coordinate orders, and ensure everything is running smoothly
- Mentor and guide pharmacy technicians, pre-registration trainees, and pharmacy assistants
- Work closely with the Principal Technician to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures
- Contribute to the development of the pharmacy team, including training and development

Requirements
- BTec or NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent)
- Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Recent/Significant dispensing experience in a Hospital or community environment
- Education and Training of Pharmacy Staff
- Supervision of Staff
