Job Opportunity at Rotork

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Rotork, a global leader in flow control and instrumentation. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering essential service plans to our customers and their sites, addressing various technical faults, and executing planned maintenance for our products.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality service plans to customers and their sites
  • Address technical faults and execute planned maintenance for our products
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and conduct repairs, testing, and modifications of actuators in the field
  • Handle mechanical and electrical installations of actuators, along with associated retrofit adaptations of components, pedestals, and drive shafts

Requirements

  • Technical experience and/or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems or related equipment
  • Good understanding of basic electronics, electrical, and fluid power theories
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and utilization of common test and calibration tools
  • Experience of working in a practical engineering environment
