Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director of Operations to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading large operations, building and managing high-performing teams, and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of budget creation and allocation, service level delivery, and client relationship management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and efficiency, including change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing management team that creates, sustains, and embeds a culture of employee engagement, strong development, and succession plans.
  • Drive a high-performance culture across all sites, ensuring financial, operational, and HSEQ targets are met at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to form a management team that creates, sustains, and embeds a culture of employee engagement, strong development, and succession plans.

Requirements:

  • Significant operational management experience, ideally within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional client relationships.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience of leading and motivating large teams.
