The Role: Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will provide personalized support, encourage independence, and foster a sense of belonging within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources and engaging in meaningful activities.
- Promote independence and encourage self-advocacy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess relevant experience working with individuals with support needs. Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required for this role.
